Description of Menu Items

Partial Penetration Data

This menu selection allows the user to enter the following information about the pump test.

$image\GREENBUT.gif$ Pumping Well Radius (or distance to observation well 1)

$image\GREENBUT.gif$ Distance to observation wells 2 through 5

$image\GREENBUT.gif$ Storativity Estimate (required for specific capacity solution)

$image\GREENBUT.gif$ Aquifer Thickness

$image\GREENBUT.gif$ Time at which pumping ended (required for recovery data)

Selecting Units

Before the data is entered, be sure to select the desired units. This is done from Options | Units.

Recovery Data

If the pump test includes recovery data, the box Test Includes Recovery Data must be checked. The time at which pumping ended should be entered in the specified units.
