Every finding is associated with one audit. As an audit is performed on your organization, the auditor finds problems and makes recommendations. The problems and recommendations are recorded as findings.

Audit -- The audit that generated the finding.

Auditing Role -- The role entering the finding.

Date -- The date of the finding.

Category -- A type descriptor for this finding. Use of this field is flexible and it can be used as appropriate.

Class -- A type descriptor for this finding. Use of this field is flexible and it can be used as appropriate.

Root Cause -- The root cause of the problem that generated the finding.

Finding -- A description of the finding.

Recommendation -- The recommendation of the auditor to correct the finding.
