Sample Date -- The date of the collection of the sample.
Location ID -- The location identifier where the sample is collected.
Container ID -- The identifier of the container.
Sample ID -- This is an identifier of the sample.
Comment -- A comment about the container.
Preparation By -- The group or individual that prepared the sample container.
Preparation Date -- The data of preparation of the container.
Sample Size -- The size of the sample or container.
Preservative -- The sample preservative.
Sample Depth -- The depth or height of the sample from ground surface.
Sample Elevation -- The elevation from Datum.
Laboratory -- The laboratory analyzing the sample. By default this is the default laboratory specified for the sampling date.
Lab Certification -- The certification code for the lab.
COC Number -- The Chain of Custody number or shipment number.
Lab Ship Date -- The date of shipment to the laboratory.
Sampling Time -- Time of collection of the sample.
Matrix -- The matrix from which the sampling is collected. By default, this is the matrix specified for the sampling date.
Sampled By -- The individual or group collecting the sample. By default, this is the value specified for the sampling event.
Sampling Technique -- The technique for collection of the sample. By default, this is the sampling technique specified for the sampling event.
Filter -- The type or size of filter used for sampling.
Pressure -- The atmospheric or stack pressure at the time of collection of the sample.
Pressure Units -- The units for pressure.
Temperature -- The temperature at the time of collection of the sample.
Temperature Units -- The units for temperature.
Flow Rate -- The flow rate at the time of sampling.
Flow Rate Units -- The units of flow rate at the time of sampling.
Flow Rate Method -- The method for determining the flow rate.
Weather -- Weather conditions at the time of sampling
Recovery -- The recovery for the analysis.
Default Analysis Date -- The default date of the analysis.
Default Analyzed By -- The default group or individual analyzing the sample.
Default Dilution Factor -- The default dilution factor for the analysis.
Default Instrument -- The default laboratory instrument for the analysis.
Default Batch Number -- The default laboratory batch number for the analysis.
Statistics Group -- This is a group number to which this container is assigned for statistical analysis. This allows different containers to be exported to ChemStat in different groupings.
Include in Statistics -- This is a flag indicating whether this container should be included in statistical analyses or not. If the container is not included in statistical analyses, data from the container will not be exported to ChemStat.
