Facility Name -- The name of the facility.
Name Abbrev -- The abbreviated name of the facility.
Facility ID -- The RCRA facility identification code or some other identifier of the facility.
Unit -- The regulated unit for the facility.
Address 1, Address 2 -- The street address or P.O. Box for the facility.
City -- Enter the city in which the facility is located.
State -- The state in which the facility is located.
Country -- The country in which the facility is located.
Postal Code -- The zip or postal code of the facility.
Phone -- The contacts phone number.
Fax -- The FAX number for the facility.
Email -- the email address for the facility.
Web Site -- A world wide web URL for the facility or corporate home page.
Contact -- The current facility contact. Update the contact when necessary.
Section, Township, and Range -- USGS section, township, and range locations of the facility.
Latitude, Longitude -- The facility latitude and longitude. These values van be automatically determined from the state and county name entries.
County Name -- The name of the county in which the facility is located.
Area -- The area of the facility or in which the facility is located.
Map ID -- A map identifier for the facility.
FIPS County -- The numerical FIPS code for the county.
