Add Document Dialog

Use this dialog to associate a document with a data object.

Available Documents -- This is a list of documents currently in the database. If the desired document is not listed here, then add the new document with the Add New Document button.

Add New Document -- Click this button to add a new document file to the database.

Open Document -- Click this button to open the selected document.
