Sampling Date Data

 

Sample Collection Date -- Enter the date of sample collection. If only the month is known, enter it as the first of the month and indicate this in the comment section.

Sampling Event Date -- For sampling events that span several days, you can enter the date of the sampling event, such as the first day of sample collection. When exporting to ChemStat, you will have the option of using the event date instead of the actual collection date. This can often simplify statistical analyses.

 

Sampling Contractor -- The company or organization that performed the sampling event.

 

Team Leader -- The individual that lead the sampling team.

 

Reference Document If a document control system is in place, enter the document code. Otherwise, enter the date of the document from which these data are taken.

 

Reason -- The reason for the sampling event.

 

Default Laboratory -- The default laboratory for the analysis of the samples.

 

Requested By -- The individual or group requesting the sampling event.

 

Project -- The project for the installation of the sampling location.

 

Project Number -- The project number for the installation of the sampling location.

 

Default Sampled By -- The default individual or group for the collection of samples.

 

Default Preparation By -- The default individual or group for the preparation of sample containers.

 

Default Technique -- The default sampling technique for the collection of samples. If more that one technique is used for the sampling event, enter the technique most often used to collect samples.

 

Default Matrix -- The default sampling matrix for the sampling event. If more that one matrix is used for the sampling event, enter the most common matrix.

 

Default Preparation Date -- The default date of sample preparation

 

Comment -- Any necessary comments about the sampling event.
