If you have trouble importing data, you may need to email your files to Starpoint Software to assist with technical support. Use this dialog when submitting technical support questions about importing data.


  1. Enter a description of your problem. Be as detailed as possible. Describe how the problem occurred and what you have done to try to fix the problem.
  2. Complete personal information.
  3. Click OK to send the email.


ChemPoint sends email using your MAPI compliant email program such as Microsoft Outlook or Novel Groupwise. If you do not have a MAPI compliant email program, the process will not work and you will have to send your email manually.
